What is the recommended usage frequency and duration?

Our beauty mask can be used daily, up to once per day. Each mode has a preset duration in the railia APP, and the device will stop automatically when your session ends.

How do I choose the right mode?

The railia Rai-FACE intelligent LED therapy mask supports AI skin analysis and automatically customizes a skincare plan that precisely meets your skin’s needs. You can also manually select your preferred mode in the railia APP, and each mode comes with a preset duration — easy, one-tap skincare!

What are the steps to use the mask?

① Connect the device: Download and log in to the railia APP, then click “Bind Device.”

② Clean your face, and apply an appropriate amount of serum, cream, or other skincare to keep skin moisturized.

③ Skin sensitivity test: Test on a small, thin-skin area such as behind the ear or along the jawline. If discomfort occurs, stop using immediately.

④ Wear the mask: Put it on from top to bottom, then adjust it for a comfortable fit.

⑤ Start skin analysis or treatment on the APP.

⑥ After the treatment, long-press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off.

⑦ If your skin feels dry afterward, apply hydrating skincare or a moisturizing mask.

How many LED lights are in the mask?

Our beauty mask contains 65 modules with a total of 325 high-precision LED lights, offering wider coverage, more even illumination, and higher treatment efficiency.

Why are some LED lights not lit?

When the mask is in near-infrared mode, the infrared light is invisible to the human eye. The LEDs are working even if you cannot see them.

How many light types are there, and what do they do?

Will it harm the eyes?

No. The mask features medical-grade soft silicone eye covers that effectively block excess light. As long as the mask is worn correctly, it will not harm your eyes.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Will it cause allergies?

Yes, sensitive skin can use LED therapy masks. We recommend performing a patch test on a thin-skin area (behind the ear or along the jawline) at the lowest energy and shortest duration, then observe for 24 hours. If no redness, tingling, or itching occurs, you may gradually expand to full-face use.

Can pregnant women, menstruating women, or breastfeeding women use it? What about people who had facial surgery?

We do not recommend using the product during these special conditions. Please consult your primary doctor before using any beauty or skincare device with uncertain factors.

Can minors use it? What if a minor has severe acne?

We recommend minors consult a dermatologist first and use skincare products or devices only under professional guidance.

Can I apply skincare products during treatment? Can I use acne/brightening/hydrating products? Can I use sheet masks during LED therapy?

We do not recommend using sheet masks during light therapy. You may pair simple, non-irritating serums, lotions, or creams. Sheet masks are best used after the LED session.

What skincare products can be paired with the mask?

Follow the principle: “Simple prep before treatment, enhanced repair after treatment.” Choose gentle, simple-ingredient products to avoid negative reactions with light or unnecessary skin burden. Avoid products containing alcohol, fragrance, preservatives, or high-concentration acids (salicylic acid, AHA, retinoids).

Does the mask generate heat? Will I feel burning or tingling?

Generally, there should be no strong burning or stinging sensation. LED therapy works through photochemical reactions, not heat. A mild warm feeling is normal due to: ① LEDs producing minimal heat during operation. ② Red/near-infrared light promoting local blood circulation, creating a gentle warmth for some users.If you feel obvious burning, stop using immediately.

Is the railia APP compatible with all mobile phones?

The railia APP supports most smartphones, but it does not support devices using HarmonyOS 5.0 or above.

Will skin become dry after using the mask?

Dryness may occur depending on the light type and your skin condition, but it is not guaranteed. We recommend applying our customized post-care mask after treatment, followed by a gentle moisturizer for better hydration.

How long until I can see results?

LED therapy results are cumulative — benefits begin from your first use, but visible improvements generally appear after 2–8 weeks of consistent use. Please be patient with your skin. Consistency, along with proper cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection, will deliver stable and lasting improvement.

Will it cause skin darkening?

No, correct use will not cause darkening. Darkening (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) is usually caused by: ① Excessive energy or treatment duration. ② Poor sun protection afterward. ③ Skin that is naturally prone to pigmentation. As long as you moisturize and protect your skin from the sun after treatment, you do not need to worry about darkening. Is the mask wired or wireless? Can it be used while charging?

Our beauty mask is designed to be fully wireless, allowing you to move freely during use. We do not recommend using the device while it is charging.

How often do I need to charge it? How long does one charge last?

A full charge supports around 5 complete uses. It takes about 2 hours to fully recharge.

● Charging: yellow light stays on; Fully charged: yellow light turns off

How should I maintain the mask daily?

● Keep the device dry. Do not immerse the device or any part of it in water to avoid electric shock.

● To prevent damage or loss of accessories, store the device and its components in the original box after each use. Make sure to clean the product before storage.

● If the device will not be used for a long time, keep it in a dry, cool, shaded place, away from hard objects to prevent damage.

● Avoid storing the device or its accessories in humid environments for extended periods, as this may affect performance.

● Regularly check for visible damage. If any cracks or serious damage are found, stop using the device immediately. To avoid electric shock risk, unplug the adapter when not in use.

Is the mask waterproof?

The inner side of the mask is not waterproof. Do not clean the product or its accessories under running water or in a dishwasher.

How do I clean the mask?

● Turn off the device and allow it to cool before cleaning.

● Use alcohol-free wet wipes or a soft dry tissue to wipe the surface. Note: If regular wiping is not enough, use a cotton swab or clean cloth dipped lightly in 75% medical alcohol to clean gently.

● Do not use steel wool or corrosive cleaners.

● Do not clean the product or accessories under running water or in a dishwasher.

What is the after-sales policy?

We offer product quality assurance: the mask device has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase; the included data cable has a 3-month warranty. If a purchase receipt is not available, the warranty start date will be based on the manufacturing date.

Within the warranty period, if a failure is caused by product quality issues, railia will provide free repair or replacement. For non-quality issues (such as improper operation or misuse), we offer paid repair services at cost or a trade-in option. The ownership of the old device will belong to railia.

Does the product have 3C certification?

This beauty device does not require mandatory 3C certification because it contains no heating components.
