How do I choose the right mode?

Generally, you won't feel significant heat. LED light therapy works by using specific wavelengths of visible light that act through photochemical reactions rather than heat, regulating skin cell activity in a non-invasive way. If you feel mild warmth, that's normal — this may be due to:

  1. LED bulbs generate a small amount of heat during operation, causing slight warmth from the device.
  2. Red or near-infrared light promoting local blood circulation, giving some users a gentle warming sensation (not burning or stinging). If you experience noticeable heat or discomfort, please stop using the product immediately.
What are the steps to use the mask?

It's not recommended to use a sheet mask during light therapy. You may apply serums, lotions, or creams before use. Sheet masks are best applied after light therapy.
How many LED lights are in the mask?

Some people may experience mild dryness after light therapy, depending on light type and individual skin condition. We recommend applying our customized post-light therapy mask, followed by a simple, mild, alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and colorant-free moisturizer or cream to maintain optimal hydration.
Why are some LED lights not lit?

Yes, it's suitable for sensitive skin. However, before first use, please perform a patch test on a small area (behind the ear or along the jawline) at the lowest energy and shortest duration. Wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, you can gradually apply it to the entire face.
How many light types are there, and what do they do?

LED light therapy results are accumulative. It begins working from your first session, but visible improvements generally appear after 2–8 weeks of consistent use. Please be patient — skin renewal takes time. For the best results, maintain a consistent routine with cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection.
Can pregnant women, those on their period, or breastfeeding women use it? What if I've had facial surgery?

We do not recommend using this product during these special periods. Please consult your physician before using any beauty or skincare device if you have medical or recovery concerns.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Will it cause allergies?

  1. Unopened items: Within 7 days after receiving the product, if the item (including packaging and accessories) remains unopened, undamaged, and resellable, you may apply for a free return or exchange.
  2. Opened items: As beauty devices directly contact the skin, opening the packaging is considered used and affects resale.

If you wish to return within 7 days after receipt, a 10% depreciation fee will apply, and the product and accessories must remain in good condition.

Shipping cost:

What skincare products can be paired with the mask?

No, correct use of this device will not cause darkening. Hyperpigmentation (Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation, PIH) is usually caused by: 1. Excessive light intensity or prolonged exposure; 2. Lack of proper sun protection after treatment; 3. Naturally pigmentation-prone skin. As long as you maintain hydration and sun protection, there's no need to worry about this.
Does the mask generate heat? Will I feel burning or tingling?

No, the inner side of the mask is not waterproof . Do not wash the device or its accessories under running water or in a dishwasher.
Is the railia APP compatible with all mobile phones?

Is the mask waterproof?

How do I clean the mask?
